Training

IMG_1616.JPG

Here at BCQH we implement the Natural Horsemanship method. A method that focuses on teaching a horse with pressure and release. Horses are prey animals and do not learn when fear and pain are associated with training. This training is firm but fair and never forced onto the horse. Rather letting the horse figure out through pressure and release what the answer to your question is. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have about training. We would love to set up a time for you to come and tour the facilities at Aspen Ridge Ranch.

lessons

We provide lessons for all ages and level of rider. From cutting training to ground work, we will have a program to fit your needs! Our provided lesson horses will make you feel confident while you get the feel of our natural horsemanship method. You can also use your own horse and start building a foundation and partnership with them! Please stop by Aspen Ridge or contact Bill Crabtree to get your introductory lesson scheduled with us!
